The bolgg, the idea, the content...

So now that this remake and restart of the blog is almost done, i might tell what is yet to come. I like doing stuff with my hands, i would like to think myself as a DIY (do it yourself) kind of guy, but the sad fact is that i'm not really good at it. So this blog is to show "how hard can it be" (hhcib) to do various kinds of things, with skill or not. Usually the answer has been "really f***ing hard". And just as often, the result has been more expensive than just buying the massproduced stuff at a store. But its not the destination, its the journey because hhcib ?

I will try to post pictures and explain a bit of the process of making the stuff that i will try to make. The first project will be to make a lamellar medieval armour. How hard can it be?

Remake of the blog will take place in the near future!

As the topic says, its time to start again from scratch. A new idea, and a new theme. This might actually in the future be a blog that interests someone other than me...

More of this later :)

Me and my guitar...

I love music. I listen mostly to metal and the various sub-genres of it and this has inspired me earlier this year to learn how to play a guitar. I'm not fooling my self, ill probably never be anything great, but my goal is to have fun and in a best case scenario; to be able to play in a band with my friends. There is always room for one more garage band, right? I bought my electric guitar, an Epiphone Strat cheap and used, and so one day when changing the strings i broke one of the tuners. They were bristle and wobbly, so i ordered a new set of Gotoh SG381-05LC tuners from Beatman.fi. They came in the post the next day:
